I have additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Suicide Prevention, Triple P Parenting Program, as well as Unified Protocol, a specialized, evidenced-based program used in the treatment of children and youth experiencing anxiety and depression.
As a Registered Social Worker, I specialize in providing individual counselling to children, youth, and adults, as well as support to families. I have worked with clients in a variety of mental health and community settings, including addictions, youth services, grief support services, individual mental health counselling and family therapy.
