Kirsten Sopik practices counselling and therapy in Kitchener under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychological Associate who are members of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
Kirsten is a psychotherapist who holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling from the Adler School. She is also a Member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP), and of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Kirsten helps clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, addiction, grief, communication, and relational issues. She works with individuals, couples, and families.
