Hailing Huang practices counselling and therapy in Kitchener under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychological Associate who are members of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
Hailing received an Honours BA in Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University. She also received a Post-graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College. She is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
Hailing has a strong passion for helping individuals through their struggles and transitions. She works with important aspects of their lives including family, friends, relationships, school, expectations, and more. She believes in the resiliency and potential of each individual to heal. She views each person as capable of maintaining emotional, physical and spiritual balance when given the appropriate setting.

Hailing uses a client-centered approach to help individuals process their internal feelings and thoughts. Her theoretical framework includes solution focused therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, narrative approach, family of origin, and existential therapy. It is a holistic approach from biopsychosocial and spiritual dimensions. She also regularly contributes articles to the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association’s newsletters and counsellor’s blogs, addressing issues of emotional health, culturally sensitive issues.
Her international background and cross-cultural counselling experience has equipped her to work sensitively with a diverse population of clients. Hailing will “walk with you” in your journey, creating a safe environment in which to discover your healing, completion and renewal.
Hailing is fluent in English and Mandarin.
