Counselling Sessions Are Free
Yvonne is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and currently holds RP-Q status from the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She maintains a client-centred approach which focuses on therapeutic relationships and multicultural sensitivities.
Yvonne understands that each client has unique needs and strengths and collaborates with her clients to strategize meaningful solutions and preferences. She believes the process of therapy thrives on teamwork, creativity and sincerity. She practices a range of psychotherapy modalities including Solution-Focused, Humanistic, Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy techniques, which are utilized to gain personal perspective, empowerment and confidence.
