I have experience working with clients across the lifespan in a variety of settings including Family Physician Practices and Community Mental Health as well as supporting First Responders and Healthcare Providers. I also have an extensive background in organizational development that I draw upon to support clients who bring workplace issues to therapy.
My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative and focused on your unique circumstances, strengths, and your vision for change in your life. My goal is always to provide a safe and confidential space to foster resilience and move towards the values that bring meaning and purpose to your life.
My work is always trauma-informed and Queer Allied.
