I graduated in Child and youth work and continued my studies at McMaster graduating in Clinical Behavioural Science. I completed a two-year internship as a clinical sexual abuse counsellor.
I have 30 years of experience working with children and adults. My background includes working with children experiencing behavioural difficulties at home and school. I am well versed in treating anxiety and depression in both children and adults. My work involves using a cognitive behavioural approach providing emotional support and developing a tool kit of skills.
