Katherine Main is a candidate of the Master of Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University and is working under the supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist from the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She looks at working with her clients in all aspects of their lives, to see how best to help them with the concerns that brought them in. In doing this she uses a holistic approach to therapy in which she may bring visualization into practice along with CBT. Previously Katherine worked at a homelessness shelter, working with individuals who suffered from a wide range of mental illness and addictions.
