Counselling Sessions Are Free
Jen offers virtual counselling and psychotherapy services to adult individuals. She works to help individuals develop the mindfulness and skills necessary to overcome their issues and thrive in their lives. Her style is genuine, informal, and open-minded. She is interested in helping individuals from diverse backgrounds address a wide variety of issues, particularly issues that arise in the workplace.
She has BA in Psychology, a BA in Administrative Studie, and is nearing the completion of her MA in Counselling Psychology (expected May 2023). She is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as a Qualifying member, a certified and accredited Coach, and Mindfulness Specialist.
Jen also has a private practice working as an executive and personal coach working with individuals on their well-being and professional performance.
