Shannon’s therapeutic approach is eclectic and is informed by cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and client-centered therapy.  She utilizes evidence-based approaches, such as exposure and response prevention (ERP), when clinically indicated. Her aim is to create a warm and collaborative space in which clients can feel open to explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and experiences, and to challenge themselves to make positive and healthy changes in their lives.
