Rosita is a Registered Psychotherapist and member of The Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). She has over 30 years experience providing counselling/therapy to families, parents and individuals, faced with various challenges in life and those who have had traumatic experiences.

Along with her years of training and education, Rosita brings personal experience which enhances her abilities and skills in providing support, insight and empowerment to families and individuals.

Rosita has spent a number of years working with children with autism and other special needs, providing in home therapy for the children, and support, education and counsel to their families. She also specializes in working with children displaying challenging behaviours, providing child behaviour management strategies and parental support. She provides counselling for pre- and post-menopause issues, and offers exclusive private and confidential marital and family counselling to pastors and spiritual leaders.

Rosita has a Bachelors Degree in Christian Counselling and completed an Internship in Millan Systemic Family Therapy. She is a Certified Child and Youth Counsellor and completed an Internship in Child Sexual Abuse as well as Training in A.B.A Therapy. Rosita has also taken training focused on working with first responders.

Rosita’s philosophy is “Where there is life, there is hope, and you do not have the right to die if you have not lived.”
