Chloé achieved her master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Health and is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She certified in Emotional Freedom Techniques with ACEP and provides Stephen Porges’ Safe and Sound Protocol.
She offers counselling services and psychotherapy to adult individuals and groups in both official languages, including survivors of traumatic events and women survivors of sexual violence. Her approach is interdisciplinary and integrative in body mind and spirit, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Somatic Practices. Her interventions are trauma and polyvagal informed, providing information and experiences to clients for the purpose of enhancing their relationship with themselves, others, and the world. This includes building capacities for purposeful decision-making and agency.
