The first step towards therapy is often a scary & difficult one. I can provide you with a confidential relationship in Mississauga based largely on trust & acceptance in order to help you explore your issues in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I am trained to help you make sense of your issues so that you can learn and grow from them. I want to help you reconnect to yourself and in turn, lead a more fulfilling & enjoyable life.
I believe in using an eclectic approach that integrates ideas from various frameworks. I have extensive experience in several settings such as hospitals, mental health institutions, inpatient addiction services & group homes working with individuals who have suffered a brain injury/ concussion, addiction & other mental health issues. I have assisted families & couples in communication surrounding these difficult issues & changes. By providing a non-judgmental and close working relationship, I help enable the individual to work towards greater satisfaction in their life. I am trained to help individuals improve their emotional wellbeing and support. I am here to work alongside you, together we will explore your treatment goals.
